A review of goDesana – Is it a scam or a legit business?

A review of goDesana

Thank you for reading my goDesana Review on IBuyIReview!

I came across a goDesana affiliate who tried to get me to join the company. I decided to look into and write a review of the company first, not only for myself but for anyone else who would want to know more about goDesana. This is an unbiased review, as I am not a member of goDesana.

goDesana Review – About the Company

The company, started in 2011 as Green Organics International, deals

with essential oils, and is based in Ohio. The company’s CEO and founder, Paula Scarcella, was also the founder of Green Organics. The goDesana website became live in 2013, which got me thinking that that was the time Green Organics International rebranded to goDesana.

Retail Commissions

goDesana affiliates can earn 20% commission on sales volume from their retail customer orders.

The affiliates that host retail parties earn “shopping dollars” that can be used for their personal product purchases.

Wholesale Order Bonus

Wholesale orders are the orders placed by the sponsored affiliates or preferred customers, who are retail customers that are on a monthly auto-ship.

Affiliates who qualify for the Wholesale Order Bonus are paid using a uni-level compensation structure. An affiliate is at the top of the team, while their personally sponsored affiliates are placed under them at level 1. The affiliates sponsored by level 1 affiliates are places at level 2, and so on.

goDesana’s compensation plan caps the payable levels at 5, with the commissions paid as a percentage of the total wholesale order volume generated by the uni-level team.

For orders of 219 BV or less:

Here, the number of levels an affiliate can earn on depends on their rank.

  • Product Consultant to Gold levels – 3% on level 1
  • Jasper to Emerald levels – 6% on level 1 and 2% on level 2 to level 4
  • Diamond or above – 8% on level 1 and 2% on level 2 to level 5

For orders or 220 BV or more:

To qualify for this bonus, an affiliate should have generated at least 220 PV in the last 31 days.

  • 220 BV – 359 BV – 15% on level 1 and 2% on level 2 to level 5
  • 360 BV – 499 BV – 18% on level 1 and 2% on level 2 to level 5
  • 500 BV or above – 21% on level 1 and 2% on level 2 to level 5

An affiliate can increase the payouts by 2% is they buy at least 80 PV worth over a rolling 31-day period.

Residual Commissions

These are commissions that are paid out on the total volume of a placed order, unlike the Wholesale Order Bonus that pays out on wholesale orders only.

The commission is paid out on a uni-level compensation structure. The number of levels an affiliate can earn on depends on their rank.

  • Product Consultant – 3% commission on levels 1 and 2
  • Silver – 3% commission on levels 1 to 3
  • Gold – 3% commission on levels 1 to 4
  • Jasper – 3% commission on levels 1 to 5
  • Amber – 3% commission on levels 1 to 6
  • Ruby or higher – 3% commission on levels 1 to 7

Infinity Leadership Bonus

Affiliates at the Platinum Diamond rank can earn a 1% bonus on the sales volume that is generated by level 8 of their uni-level team. There is no level cap for this bonus.

Check Match Bonus

This is a percentage match on the uni-level commissions. It is paid out on up to 5 recruitment levels using a uni-level compensation structure.

  • Jasper – 10% on level 1 and 2% on level 2 and level 3
  • Amber – 15% on level 1 and 2% on level 2 and level 3
  • Ruby – 20% on level 1 and 2% on level 2 and level 3
  • Emerald – 25% on level 1 and 2% on level 2 and level 3
  • Diamond – 30% on level 1 and 2% on level 2 to 5

  • Amber – $100
  • Ruby – $250
  • Emerald – $1000
  • Diamond – $2500
  • Double Diamond – $5000
  • Platinum Diamond – $10,000

Car Bonus

Affiliates at the Diamond rank or higher qualify for a monthly car bonus of $400 – $800.

goDesana Review – The Final Verdict

goDesana is a legit company with legit products; it is not a scam. As an affiliate, though, it is advisable for you to try out the products first so it can be easier to sell them as you will have all the right information. Since they have a 100% money-back guarantee, there are really no risks.

The only thing you should look out is how their prices compare to others in the market since MLMs tend to price theirs a bit higher to pay their affiliates.
