Tranont Reviews (2022 Guide)
If you’ve been looking for a way to make money without having to invent the next world-changing product, you’ve likely heard of Tranont. In my own research, I found it quite challenging to wade through the random data in search of Tranont reviews.
That’s exactly why I put this article together. Let’s talk all about Tranont, MLMs, and how this one is (or isn’t) different from all the others.
Table of Contents
What Is Tranont?
Tranont is a multi-level marketing company that was founded in 2014. The company’s mission is “to empower people everywhere with the opportunity to become their own boss and attain financial freedom.”
Tranont sells a wide variety of products in the health, wellness, and financial services industries. The company also provides its members with the opportunity to earn residual income by recruiting other people to join Tranont.
Who is the CEO of Tranont?
Tranont is led by CEO and founder Lorne Berry, who spent a decade collaborating with real estate giants in Utah before he founded Tranont.
During his real estate work, he joined Legacy Mountain cabin development and was responsible for improving thousands of acres, ultimately resulting in a beautiful planned community.
As his career grew, Berry noticed just how many individuals were hitting a dead stop while trying to become financially independent themselves. Realizing his familiarity with the financial industry on a large scale could benefit these people, he created Tranont to help middle-income families finally achieve sustainable financial wealth.
What is an MLM?
Multi-level marketing (MLM) is a business model in which companies sell products or services through a network of independent distributors who are compensated for their efforts in recruiting new members and making sales.
MLMs are often controversial because they have been accused of being pyramid schemes. In a pyramid scheme, participants only make money by recruiting new members into the scheme.
This eventually leads to the collapse of the pyramid when there are not enough new recruits to sustain it.
8 Shocking MLM Statistics That You Need To Know
Before we dive too deep into Tranont, I want to share some statistics about MLMs in general. These numbers come from an article published on DSN, which is a direct selling news website.
- 92% of people who join an MLM lose money (Forbes)
- Only between 1-5% of people who join an MLM make a profit (The Balance)
- 49% of MLM members are recruited by a friend or family member (Consumer Reports)
- 27% of people who join an MLM do so because they were promised easy money (Consumer Reports)
- 22% of MLM members join because they don’t have another job (Consumer Reports)
- 21% of MLM members join because they were unemployed (Consumer Reports)
- 20% of new recruits quit within the first year (Direct Selling Association)
- 79% of people who joined an MLM in the past 5 years say they would never do so again (Forbes)
As you can see, the odds are not in your favor if you’re thinking about joining an MLM. In fact, the vast majority of people who join an MLM will actually lose money.
Is Tranont an MLM?
Yes, Tranont is a multi-level marketing company. As we mentioned earlier, Tranont sells a variety of products in the health, wellness, and financial services industries. The company also provides its members with the opportunity to earn residual income by recruiting other people to join Tranont.
Is Tranont A Pyramid Scheme?
No, Tranont is not a pyramid scheme. While Tranont is a multi-level marketing company, it is not a pyramid scheme because participants are not only compensated for recruiting new members into the scheme. Tranont members are also compensated for making sales and providing customer service.
Is Tranont A Scam?
No, Tranont is not a scam. Tranont is a legitimate company that sells real products and services. The company is also transparent about its compensation plan, which is available on its website. That’s about all they’re transparent on, though– it all feels like it’s designed to keep you from asking too many questions.
This is typical of MLM businesses, but definitely doesn’t make it a scam.
Tranont Compensation Plan
Tranont’s compensation plan has three main elements: retail commissions, residual commissions, and bonuses.
Retail Commissions
Tranont members earn a commission on the products they sell to retail customers. The commission rate ranges from 10% to 30%, depending on the product.
Residual Commissions
Tranont members earn residual commissions on the sales made by their downline. The commission rate ranges from 2% to 10%, depending on the level of the downline. Tranont also has a unilevel compensation structure, which means members can earn commissions on an unlimited number of levels in their downline.
Bonuses
Tranont members can also earn bonuses when they reach certain sales milestones. The bonus amount depends on the milestone reached. The specific tiers are not public data– only reps can get a bird’s eye view of precisely how it all works.
Success Rate In Tranont
The success rate for Tranont reps is unknown. Tranont does not disclose how many of its members are actively selling products or recruiting new members. However, based on the industry statistics we discussed earlier, it’s safe to say that the vast majority of Tranont reps will not make a profit.
How Much To Join Tranont?
Tranont has a sign-up fee of $99. There is also an annual subscription fee of $49.95. The annual fee gives members access to Tranont’s back-office and marketing materials to make running your business a little easier.
You’ll also need to pay for any products you order, just like any MLM. Tranont products are quite expensive, so keep this in mind– you’ll need to find a target audience that wants and can afford these products.
Tranont Product Line
Tranont sells a variety of products in the health, wellness, and financial services industries. Some of the products Tranont offers include…
Tranont Health Supplements
Tranont’s health supplements are designed to improve energy levels, immune system function, and digestion. The supplements are made with all-natural ingredients and are free of artificial flavors, colors, and sweeteners.
The supplements are designed to provide specific benefits, like improved immunity, boosting stamina, and enhancing focus.
Tranont Weight Loss Products
Tranont weight loss products are designed to help people lose weight and keep it off. Just like their supplements, you can expect all-natural ingredients and no artificial junk. I really couldn’t find any reviews of their weight loss products, strangely. But the lack of scathing reviews plastered across the internet is a good indicator that these products might do what they claim.
Tranont Skincare Products
Tranont skincare products are sold under their Beauty line. But, they don’t actually sell topical skincare products. Instead, Tranont Beauty is all about helping you feel beautiful from the inside out with their health supplements. Tranont’s skincare products are designed to improve your skin’s elasticity, hydration, and radiance.
Tranont CBD Products
Like many wellness brands, Tranont is getting into the CBD game. This includes a soothing tincture, soaking salts for the bath, a candle, and muscle rub. Customers can purchase these products individually or in bundles.
But again, they’re so dang expensive. The muscle rub alone is $45, and considering many people don’t yet know if CBD works for them, that’s a big investment. As a rep for this company, you may struggle with juggling returns and dissatisfied customers.
Tranont Financial Services
Tranont offers a variety of financial services, including credit repair, tax preparation, and identity theft protection. Tranont members can also earn commissions by selling these services to retail customers.
I know it sounds kinda weird to buy your health supplements from the same place as your financial advisor services. But knowing Berry’s background, it makes sense. Why? Because he wants to help middle-income families.
If you look at what middle-income families are plagued by most, it's no surprise Tranont offers the specific products and services that it does. Middle-income families are shown to struggle with adequate nutrition, obesity, poor skin health, and financial woes.
When you look at it that way, it's almost genius to offer all of these solutions under one roof. The rub is the fact that Tranont products and services are so expensive. The company talks a big game about helping middle-income families, but is it worth achieving that freedom by selling expensive products to other middle-income families?
What I Like About Tranont
There are a few things I like about Tranont, and other Tranont reviews call out these same benefits:
- Tranont is a legitimate company that sells real products and services.
- Tranont is transparent about its compensation plan.
- Tranont offers a variety of products in different industries.
- Tranont has been in business for almost 10 years. This is a good sign that the company is stable and isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
What I Dislike About Tranont
There are also a few things I didn’t like about Tranont:
- The success rate is too low. Only 1-5% of people who join an MLM make a profit, according to The Balance.
- The products are not cheap. For example, Tranont’s weight loss coffee product costs $59.95 for a 30-day supply.
- Tranont’s support team is not very responsive. I sent Tranont’s support team a few questions and only received a response to one of them.
Tranont Reviews: FAQs
As I said before, it’s challenging to dig up much info about being a Tranont rep. It’s also difficult to find many reviews of Tranont products from consumers. I do feel the latter is a good indicator that the products at least work, but definitely take that with a grain of salt.
I rounded up the few recurring questions I did find. Let’s take a look.
Is Tranont a reputable company?
Berry has been in the industry for over 20 years, and Tranont has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. So yes, Tranont is a reputable company.
Is Tranont FDA approved?
I could not find any Tranont products that are FDA approved. I did find this statement on Tranont’s website: “Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”
This is a common disclaimer you’ll see on health supplement bottles. It’s there because the FDA does not regulate supplements in the same way as they do drugs. So while Tranont’s products may not be FDA approved, that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re not effective.
Do Tranont products work?
There’s no easy answer to this question. Tranont’s products are health supplements, so results will vary from person to person. I would recommend trying out Tranont’s products for yourself and seeing if you notice any benefits.
Are Tranont products safe?
Yes, Tranont’s products are safe. Tranont’s products are made with natural ingredients and are third-party lab tested for quality and safety.
How much do Tranont products cost?
Tranont’s products range in price from $30 to $200. Tranont also has a monthly subscription service called Tranont One where you can get all of Tranont’s products for a monthly fee of $149.95.
Do I need to sign up for Tranont One to be a Tranont rep?
No, you do not need to sign up for Tranont One to be a Tranont rep. You can sign up for Tranont’s regular membership for $49.95 and still earn commissions on product sales.
How much does it cost to become a Tranont rep?
First, you’ll pay the $99 starter fee. Then it costs $49.95 annually to stay a Tranont rep, but there’s quite a few other fees and charges you’ll need to watch out for.
Is there a minimum amount of products I need to sell each month?
No, there is no minimum amount of products you need to sell each month, according to what little info I could find. You may have to pay additional monthly fees if you don’t hit a certain sales threshold. Be sure to find out before you officially sign up for anything.
What is Tranont’s refund policy?
Tranont offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all of its products, minus return shipping and restocking fees.
You’ll also need to contact them first to get an RMA issued, otherwise they won’t process your return.
How do I contact Tranont’s customer service?
You can contact Tranont’s customer service by phone at 1-800-973-3715 or by email at support@tranont.com.
Tranont Reviews: Summary
Tranont is a legitimate company that sells real products and services. They’ve been around for almost 10 years. Tranont is also transparent about its compensation plan, which is refreshing to see in the MLM world.
However, the success rate is too low, and the products are not cheap. I would not recommend Tranont to anyone.
It's unfortunate that I have to make this call, because the CEO of Tranont seems like a genuinely helpful and honest guy. On the Tranont website, the "Our Story" page has a photo of 3 guys... but we aren't told their names, or if one of them is even Berry. It could be a stock photo for all we know.
If Tranont disclosed a bit more about how it all works in a more public way, it’d be easier to make a clear yes or no call on this program. Unfortunately, where there’s smoke, there’s fire… and if Tranont has chosen not to be transparent about success stories and what to expect, there’s probably a darn good reason.
To be clear, this is not particularly unusual for an MLM to do. Most of them operate in very murky, unclear ways– even when you officially become a rep. All I can really say is, considering the price of the average Tranont product and the abysmal stats surrounding being an MLM rep for any company, this is probably not a particularly easy or lucrative option for anybody.

I buy and review courses so you don’t have to. Sometimes, I even find courses that are legitimate and worthwhile; and that’s how I accidentally came across one that led me to building a 6-figure business in a little under 5 years. Now, I still review courses because it’s my favorite hobby. 🙂 Learn more about me here.
