In the early 1980s, Cardone moved to Houston, Texas to start his own auto detailing business. The business failed and Cardone says he was $50,000 in debt. He then moved to New York City to start a new career in sales. Cardone worked as a sales trainer and eventually started his own company, Cardone Training Technologies, Inc.
In 2008, Cardone founded Cardone Capital, a real estate investing course that promises to teach you everything you need to know in order to start making money in the world of real estate.
Cardone is also the host of The Cardone Zone, a daily talk show on YouTube, and the author of several books, including “The Millionaire Booklet” and “Sell or Be Sold.” His books focus on topics such as sales, success, and wealth-building.

Personally, I wouldn’t buy anything from Grant Cardone after watching his videos. He just seems to be one of these guys who is selling hope and gives no actionable advice on how to create wealth. I ended up reading one of his books years ago, poorly written btw, and it was just basically “you can be rich like me, anyone can!” He just came under federal investigation. I guess they reopened the case on appeal. Also, he is a Scientologist and those cultists are insane.
